Data Deletion

Klaas ("we", "our", or "us") is a social media scheduling service. This page explains how to delete the data Klaas stores about you, including the data we receive from connected platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

Disconnect a social account

To remove a single connected account, sign in and go to Publish → Connections, then click the remove (✕) button on that account. This immediately deletes the stored access token and that account's metadata (account id, username, display name, and profile picture) from our systems. No further data is retrieved from that platform once it is disconnected.

Delete your account and all data

To permanently delete your entire Klaas account and all associated data, email contact@klaas.profrom the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • All connected-platform access tokens (Instagram, Facebook, and every other platform)
  • Connected-account metadata (account id, username, display name, profile picture)
  • Your posts, drafts, and scheduled content
  • Your profile information (name, email) and usage data
